How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different and the number of sessions required will differ between clients.
There are a range of treatments and approaches which require different amounts of time. While some treatments may require only three or four sessions it is common for treatments to be anywhere between six to twelve sessions. This will be discussed further during the initial consultation when a programme can be tailored to the individual.

We have a structured process by which we make and change/cancel appointments:
Sessions will last up to one hour planned at a time and date convenient to both client and therapist.
Sessions are paid for in advance and any cancellation must be made 48 hours before, otherwise the fee is forfeit.
Either party may terminate sessions at any time with reasonable notice (as above).
Both parties will work co-operatively towards the agreed outcome.
Progress will be assessed after every three sessions.
Prices
The initial consultation is free and there is no obligation to continue with further paid sessions.
When you do decide to continue the price for each one hour session is £50.
